When setting your check-in status and indicating that you’ll be heading into the office, you’ll be able to view available seating options for each office location. To do this, follow the directions below.
- Check-in for your selected date on the calendar
- View the total number and type of desks you are eligible for under the “Desk” section after you select which building location you’ll be working at for that day*
- If your selected office location has open seating options, select “View floor map” to see a photo layout of the eligible options available to you. If your office location has multiple floors, you may need to select a floor number in order to advance to the floor map
*If you’ve already been assigned a desk by your employer, you’ll see the desk name displayed under the “Desk” section.
