How do I update my Scoop Commute profile?

To update information on your Scoop Commute profile such as your profile photo, name, contact info, and carpool mode preference, follow the instructions below:

To update your name or profile photo:

1. Tap the ‘Account’ icon in the bottom navigation bar in the app
2. At the top of the Account menu, tap ‘View and edit profile’
3. Tap the field you wish to edit
4. Save any changes before leaving page

To update your contact info:

1. Tap the ‘Account’ icon in the bottom navigation bar in the app
2. Then tap ‘Settings’
3. From the Settings menu tap ‘Account’
4. Tap the field you wish to edit
   

To update your carpool mode preference: 

1. Tap the ‘Account’ icon in the bottom navigation bar in the app
2. Then tap ‘Settings’
3. From the Settings menu tap ‘Commute’ 
4. Then tap ‘Preferred role’
5. You can then choose if you would prefer to ‘Ride’ or ‘Drive’
6. Be sure to save your changes from the top right corner after making your carpool role selection.
