How do I find my Commuter?

To make finding your fellow Commuters easier, all Commuters should make sure that location tracking is enabled.

When carpooling as a Rider

We’ll update your Trip Card with real-time information 30 minutes before your pickup time. This includes the Driver’s location, where they work, as well as their vehicle's make, model, and license plate number. If the Driver has location tracking enabled, you will be able to see their vehicle move on the map as they approach your pick-up location. 


When carpooling as a Driver

You'll be able to view each Rider's pickup location and the suggested route as soon as you are matched.


If there is any difficulty finding each other, Riders and Drivers can find their Commuter's contact information by tapping 'Trip Details' on the Trip Card.
