How can I change my bank account or credit card details?

To add or update your credit/debit card or bank account information saved on your Scoop account, just follow the directions below:

  1. Tap the Account tab on the bottom navigation bar of the app
  2. Tap Settings
  3. From the Settings menu tap Commute
  4. Then tap Activity & Payments
  5. Once you're on the Activity & Payments screen, tap the Payments option on the top right
  6. Tap Add a credit card or Add bank account to add your information
    • Or tap Change to edit your previously entered credit/debit card or bank account details
