What if I need to cancel my Scoop?

We know things come up from time to time that will force a change in your commute plans.

You can easily cancel a trip request at any time before you are matched. Once matched, if you need to cancel your trip, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible. If you need to adjust plans slightly, we encourage you to reach out to your Rider(s)/Driver to see if they might be able to accommodate you. 

If you cancel a trip after you are matched, you will not be able to reschedule. Frequent cancellations may incur a cancellation charge of $5. You can learn more about Scoop's cancellation policy here: 

If your Rider(s) or Driver cancels on you, no need to worry! Riders who used Scoop in the morning will be eligible for our Guaranteed Ride Home program to ensure you get a timely ride back from work.
