We want to make the experience of getting home as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to get reimbursed for your Ride home.
- Go ahead and take your alternative transportation home. Scoop will reimburse the cost of the trip, up to a maximum of $50 per month.
- If possible, we ask that you take public transportation and be helpful to the environment. If a ride-hailing service (or taxi*) is your only option, please select a pooled option like Lyft Line.
- Send a copy of your receipt within 7 business days to email@example.com and make sure the receipt includes the date of the trip, the cost, as well as an image of your route. It's that easy!
*Please note, it may take up to 5 business days to process your GRH request.
*Your location during the way home must be within a similar radius of your morning commute in order to honor your GRH request.
*Scoop commuters must select at least a 30 minute time range for their evening trip in order for the trip to be eligible for GRH reimbursement.
*GRH reimbursement excludes any tip paid to the driver.
