Why wasn't I matched in a carpool?

We understand how frustrating it is when you're not matched in a carpool and we would like nothing more than to match you in a trip, each time you schedule. 

On the days we're unable to match you in a carpool, it means we couldn't find you either a Driver on your route with an open seat or a Rider looking for a pick-up at the times you requested. To help improve your match rate, we recommend selecting multiple time slots, select ‘popular’ times, and the option to ‘Ride or Drive’. The more flexibility you have in your trip request, the easier it is for us to find you a carpool.
