Why has my cash out not been processed?

You can expect payment to transfer to your bank account within 3-5 business days after cashing out your Scoop balance.

Any delays in payment are often due to an incorrect routing or bank account number being entered. This issue can be resolved by entering your correct bank account information in the app and notifying ScoopCare of the update so the transaction can be reprocessed.
