If you test positive for COVID-19 and have recently taken a Scoop carpool, please let us know immediately by contacting our Trust & Safety Team.
What our team will do with this information: In order to keep our community safe, we will require that you stop all Scoop trips and we will temporarily disable your account until you confirm with your doctor that you may return to work. If you haven't done so already, we will tell you to inform your employer about your health status immediately so your workplace can take the appropriate safety precautions. Finally, while keeping your name and personal information confidential, we will notify your recent carpoolers that they matched with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19, so they can be tested.
