How to set your primary building for check-ins

If you find yourself commonly going into the same building when heading into the office you can make setting your daily status even easier by selecting a primary building in your account settings. 

You can find this setting by following the steps below:

Mobile App

  1. Tap the ‘Account’ tab on the bottom right hand side of the app
  2. Then tap ‘Hybrid workplace’ 
  3. From there tap ‘Workplace settings’
  4. Then tap the ‘Choose a building’ option
  5. From here you can select your desired primary building via from the list of buildings added by your company admin

Chrome and Edge Extension

  1. Click the 'Account' tab from the bottom right of the extension
  2. From your ‘Account’ sidebar, click ‘Hybrid workplace’ 
  3. Then click ‘Choose a building
  4. From here you can select your desired primary building via from the list of buildings added by your company admin

Once you’ve selected your primary building, the app or extension will automatically default to that building when setting your status as ‘Going into work’. You’ll be able to update your primary building at any time from the workplace settings.

If your admin has not yet added any buildings, you will see a notice letting you know no buildings are currently associated with your workplace. 

* This feature is only for Scoop users whose employers are a part of a Hybrid Work Scoop Program.
