How to add Favorites

We've all got our favorites. With Scoop’s Favorites feature, you can add yours and see when they plan to be in the office. This allows for easier coordination with those you collaborate and socialize with the most. 

To add your favorites, follow the steps below:

Mobile App

  • Open the Scoop app and sign in if needed.
  • Then tap the "Teams" tab from the bottom navigation bar.
  • Under the “Favorite co-workers” section of your Teams page, select “Add favorites” 
  • You’ll then be taken to a new page. If you have not yet added any favorites, select the blue “Add Favorites” button from here.
  • You can then search for co-workers by name, or from the list.
  • Once you find your favorite co-worker, tap the star icon to the right of their name to add them. The star icon should turn yellow once added.

Chrome and Edge Extensions

  • Open your Scoop extension and sign in if needed.
  • Then click “Teams” from the bottom navigation bar.
  • From the “Favorite co-workers” section of your Teams page, select “Add Favorites” 
  • You’ll then be taken to a new page in the extension. If you have not yet added any favorites, select the blue “Add Favorites” button from here.
  • You can then search for co-workers by name, or add them from the list.
  • Once you find your favorite co-worker, click the star icon to the right of their name to add them. The star icon should turn yellow once added.

If you’d like to remove a favorite, all you have to do is click the star once more. The star icon should then become grayed out to confirm the removal.

Your co-workers will not be notified when they are added or removed from your favorites.

 

*This feature is only for Scoop users whose employers are a part of a Hybrid Work Scoop Program.
