Verification codes are sent via SMS to verify your phone number and when signing up or logging into your Scoop account. The verification codes cannot be sent to:
- International mobile numbers
- Devices that cannot receive SMS messages
If you have difficulty receiving a verification code when entering or updating your phone number please make sure the number was entered correctly and attempt to resend the code via the link on the verification screen. If a code was entered incorrectly you will need to wait for about a minute before another code can be sent to your device.
If you are not able to receive the code at all it may be your mobile carrier blocking the message. If the issue persists we suggest contacting your mobile service provider and as always feel free to reach out to our ScoopCare team.
